Dr Debra Fine

Debra is a highly experienced General Practitioner with a specialist focus on women’s health. She graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2004 before completing her postgraduate medical training at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, where she graduated in the top 10% of her year. She subsequently qualified as a GP with the Royal College of General Practitioners.
She completed advanced clinical placements in obstetrics and gynaecology at University College London Hospital (UCLH), consolidating her expertise in complex and sensitive aspects of women’s healthcare. Debra is a member of the British Menopause Society and has a particular interest in perimenopause and menopause management, offering nuanced, evidence-based support during what can be a transformative stage of life.
Her clinical approach is both rigorous and deeply personal. She combines robust, evidence-led medicine with a holistic understanding of each patient’s circumstances, ensuring consultations address not only physical symptoms but also emotional wellbeing and lifestyle factors. Patients value her calm, thoughtful manner and her commitment to delivering truly individualised care.
Outside clinical practice, Debra maintains an active lifestyle and values exercise as an essential component of long-term physical and mental health. She lives in North London with her husband, four children and their dog.
